Managing users

Provided you have administrator rights to Artlook you can also manage users. If you signed up for Artlook then you have administrator rights but other users will only get those rights if you decide to award them.

Users are managed from the System Menu (top right of screeen, click your name), choosing the menu item Manage Users.

To add a new user click the button:

adduser

You simply need to provide a name (preferably name and surname) and a valid email address – this is very important because the user will receive an email with a link enabling them to activate their user account.  If you wish them to have administrator right, check the box. Then click Register.

To edit a user click the edit button. edit Please note you cannot edit a user’s password, they can only do that themselves by clicking Forgotten Password at the login screen.

To delete a user click the delete button. delete
