Using our support ticket system

If you need help at any time you can contact us. Artlook has an in-built support system which allows you to send us a message and keep track of our responses. You can find this by clicking on your name in the top right of the screen and choosing Support from the drop down menu.

From here you can open a new Ticket or see our responses to previous help requests. You will get an email alert whenever we respond to a Ticket – go to Support to see the details and, if necessary, add to the Ticket.

Alternative you can always email us on support@artlooksoftware.com or use the Contact form within the Knowledgebase but wherever possible please use the built-in ticketing system so you (and we) can keep track of your requests.
