The Contacts module looks after all your contacts – customers, suppliers, dealers, and general contacts. You will find yourself included automatically in here and this record should not be deleted – however, please feel free to edit the details.
You can display contacts as thumbnails (or address cards) 12 to a page or as a table 50 to a page. Toggle between them using these buttons on the toolbar:
You can control how much information is visible in this type of view. See the article on configuring general settings.
To open the record, just click the name, address or image. To add a new contact click the “New” button on the toolbar.
You can select or multi-select contacts for deletion by checking theur checkboxes or by using the “Select all” button.
You can filter to a subset of contacts using the Query Pane – see separate article on how to do this.
